    We use Australia Post nationally.

    Express postage does not mean that the order with be made and express posted straight after ordering the item. It means that the item(s) will be express posted after the turnaround mentioned on the website. For example, the turnaround is 2-4 weeks, the order will be made and express posted in about 2-4 weeks. 

    If you ordered an item in stock and an item made to order, your full order will be shipped together, please check turnaround time. 

    We do not provide any refund if Australia Post has lost your parcel/order.
